What is a Load Bank and Load Step Control

Load bank test makes sure that the generator will work when required so that you can rely on it to produce power during any kinds of emergency power outages.  It also provides you with an evaluation of the generator at its full power output rating.  Many generators don't regularly operate at their full power rating.  It's very important for the generator to produce the rated output power which is required for it to run flawlessly when that power is needed, while maintaining the correct temperature and oil pressure levels which enables it to run for long periods of time.

Load Bank working mode:

Total testing capacity ranges from 0kw to the max consisting of 10kw, 20kw, 50kw, 100kw load setting switches plus a 0-10kw fine-tuning knob. From 0kw to the max, any load combination is achievable. Load step resolution is 10kw.
